Giuseppina D’Auria

Giuseppina D’Auria is a Foreign Associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Pavia & Harcourt LLP, where she is involved in corporate transactions, including joint ventures, stock and asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Ms. D’Auria earned her J.D. from the University of Salerno and her LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Open Innovation & IP from LUISS Business School and has published articles focusing on the legal and ethical challenges posed by AI.

Prior to joining Pavia & Harcourt LLP, Giuseppina worked as an associate in the M&A/PE practice of several prominent law firms in Italy, advising public and private companies, financial buyers, and financial advisors. Ms. D’Auria speaks English, Italian, and French. Giuseppina is a member of the Italian Bar since 2017 and is not admitted to practice in New York.
