5. How do we disclose HR Data?
We disclose HR Data for the business purposes described above in this notice, both internally within P&H and externally as follows:
- Service Providers. We may disclose HR Data to service providers who assist us in operating and supporting our recruiting processes, including recruiting firms, technology providers, security and fraud consultants, analytics providers, screening and background check providers, and other providers of hiring management tools used by P&H.
