Joseph Chioffi

Joseph Chioffi practices in the Firm’s Commercial and Corporate practice group.
Mr. Chioffi’s practice has focused on state privacy laws and on general commercial, corporate and compliance matters for retailers of luxury goods. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a practicing attorney, primarily in the area of investment law. His most recent experiences prior to joining Pavia & Harcourt was as a managing counsel at a registered investment adviser based in New York.

Mr. Chioffi is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (B.A. 1983) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D. 1987).
