Allen Finkelstein

Allen L. Finkelstein is a 1967 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, LLP he was a founding partner of the firm of Finkelstein Bruckman Wohl Most & Rothman. After law school graduation, he was appointed to the faculty of Long Island University as a professor of business and law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association. Mr. Finkelstein is counsel to various domestic and international corporations and several not–for–profit organizations and family foundations. He practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, real estate, litigation and matrimonial law. Mr. Finkelstein is rated “AV” by Martindale–Hubbell, the highest level in professional excellence and ethics.

Mr. Finkelstein is admitted to the New York Bar.
