Nicolò Majnoni

Nicolò Majnoni is an associate in the firm's commercial and corporate practice group. Mr. Majnoni is also a member of the Firm’s COVID-19 Task Force.

In addition to general corporate transactions, Mr. Majnoni’s practice has focused on debt and equity issuances and cross-border mergers. He has advised Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, Ferrari, Barclays Bank, and Goldman Sachs Group Inc., among others, on a range of U.S. securities law and reporting issues.

Mr. Majnoni was born in Rome, and was educated in the United States and Italy. He holds degrees from the University of Rome’s School of Law (J.D. 2009 – summa cum laude) and Columbia Law School (LL.M. 2011). Prior to joining Pavia & Harcourt, Mr. Majnoni was an associate in the New York offices of Latham & Watkins and the London offices of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Mr. Majnoni is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish.

Mr. Majnoni is admitted to the New York Bar.
