Adam D. Mitzner

Adam D. Mitzner is a partner in the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice group. He has extensive experience advising clients in connection with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout the United States.

The matters that Mr. Mitzner has litigated and arbitrated include class actions, securities claims, employment disputes, fraud actions, intellectual property issues. Mr. Mitzner has also represented individuals and corporations in matters criminal and regulatory actions, and conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of corporate entities.

Mr. Mitzner graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor of the Journal of Law & Politics. Prior to law school, Mr. Mitzner simultaneously received a Master’s Degree in Politics and an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.

In addition to practicing law full time, Mr. Mitzner is also the author of four acclaimed works of fiction involving the law, published by Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Press: A Conflict of Interest (2011); A Case of Redemption (2013); Losing Faith (2015); and The Girl From Home (2016).

Mr. Mitzner is admitted to the New York Bar.
