Alberto Canton is an Associate in the corporate practice of the firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on international transactions. He received his law degree from Bocconi University in 2021, and wrote his thesis on American contract law under the guidance of Professor emeritus Attilio Guarneri. In 2022, Mr. Canton completed his LLM with the Dean's Academic Excellence Award at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
At USC Gould, Mr. Canton served as a Teaching Assistant for the "Legal Profession" course and was an active member of the Global Investment Society and the Business Law Society, and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi in recognition of his academic achievements.
Alberto is fluent in both English and Italian and is admitted to the New York Bar.
