We have organized the branches of various foreign banks as well as organized and obtained licenses for brokerdealers and investment advisors.
We handle a wide range of matters for our banking clients including the preparation of loan, credit, security and pledge agreements, guaranties and related lending documents. We also regularly advise our clients and prepare the documentation for syndicated loans, participation financing, real estate transactions, financing for stock and asset acquisitions, restructuring of U.S. and foreign indebtedness, receivables financing, currency and interest rate swap, and export finance.
