Michael Wildes is Immigration Counsel to the firm. A former Federal Prosecutor with the United States Attorney's Office in Brooklyn (1989-1993) and experienced private practitioner, he has testified on Capitol Hill regarding U. S. immigration law. Mr. Wildes has represented private parties and the United States Government in immigration proceedings and is a frequent lecturer and participant in professional panels on corporate immigration law and employer sanctions. He is known for his successful work with applicants for treaty visas; intercompany transferees; investment and employment-related visas; work permits; visas for managerial, executive, skilled and highly qualified persons; family and job-based immigration; and all types of temporary and permanent visas. Mr. Wildes is also a legal commentator/analyst for network television in connection with U.S. immigration policy.

Mr. Wildes is a graduate of Queens College (B.A., 1986) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 1989).

Mr. Wildes is also a partner in the New York firm of Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. and the Mayor of Englewood, New Jersey.
