Steven Weitzen is of counsel in the firm's commercial and corporate practice group. He has represented both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, venture capital transactions and general corporate counseling. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers in asset-based and cash flow loans resulting from business refinancings and leveraged buy-out transactions.
Mr. Weitzen attended Williams College (B.A., History and Political Science, 1981), where he graduated magna cum laude and became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society after his junior year, and Northwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1984), where he was on the Dean's List.
