Jerry Saliman is Of Counsel in the firm's corporate, banking and real estate practice groups. He has experience working as both in-house and outside counsel, advising established U.S. and multinational companies in new markets as well as small start-ups, in each case across many different industries and countries. On behalf of these clients, he structures, negotiates and helps clients implement partnership and shareholder agreements, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, financial and banking transactions including venture capital and private equity investments, loan and security agreements and related lending documents, licensing and intellectual property agreements and many other matters.
Mr. Saliman is a graduate of Brown University (A.B. with Honors, 1981), The University of Chicago (A.M., 1984) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1987). Mr. Saliman is fluent in French and Russian.
