Doug Lehman is the head of the firm's estate planning and administration practice group. He has many years of experience in estate planning and administration, international tax planning, trusts and wills, and estate litigation. He is engaged in personal tax and financial planning for highly compensated individuals. He counsels foreign clients with U.S. connections regarding residency rules for U.S. tax purposes, individual portfolio investment in the U.S., tax treaty issues, utilization of tax havens, and in structuring U.S. business and real estate investments.
Mr. Lehman is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B. 1971) and The University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law (J.D. 1974).
