Ihsan Dogramaci is a partner in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration group. His experience as first-chair trial counsel includes jury trials and bench trials in federal and state courts, and arbitrations under AAA, FINRA, and other rules.

Representative cases include disputes over fiduciary duties owed by corporate managers and business partners; claims of unfair competition; the rights of copyright, trademark and trade secret owners; fraudulent transfers; misrepresentations of investment opportunities; and breach of complex commercial contracts. His clients have included major Wall Street investment banks, international manufacturers and retailers, software companies, and individual owners of global businesses. For six years prior to joining Pavia & Harcourt, Mr. Dogramaci managed a successful litigation boutique.

Mr. Dogramaci received his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Before that, he earned a Ph.D. in philosophy at Columbia, where he taught the core curriculum. After law school, Mr. Dogramaci served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Legrome D. Davis, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and clerked at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dogramaci’s publications on the subjects of Delaware corporate law, U.S. arbitration law, and U.S. antitrust law, have appeared in Westlaw Journal – Delaware Corporate, in the Stockholm Arbitration Review, and in the Practical Law Company’s Competition Handbook. He is admitted in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
