Beata Szalay Libow is an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Corporate practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Libow was a partner in an international corporate firm in Hungary where she practiced commercial and corporate law for nine years.
Ms. Libow was educated in England, Hungary, the Netherlands and the United States. She obtained her J.D. in Hungary (ELTE, 2000) and in 2008 graduated Fordham University School of Law as Valedictorian of the International Business and Trade Law L.L.M. program. Ms. Libow has also completed studies at the Central European University (L.L.M. in International Business Law, 2004) and the T.M.C. Asser Institute in The Hague, The Netherlands (Diploma in International Business Law, Valedictorian, 2003).
Ms. Libow is admitted in New York and Hungary (Budapest). She is a member of the International Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
